What’s the business case for diversity?

That is a terribly nebulous question but can you answer it? Can you answer it for your organization specifically? Do you have a document that is your road map for success?

In 2013, as part of our first Community of Practice events we hosted in Calgary,
Edmonton, Toronto and Vancouver, we asked participants to identify some of their ‘pain  points’ – the challenges they are facing that affect their ability to succeed when it comes to diversity and inclusion in their respective organizations.
