How do you change and develop your recruitment practices? How do you recruit for and within specific communities? Where do you post opportunities? How do you get the word out?
One of the earliest steps in the volunteer engagement process is recruitment. Your organization may have had a system and process for recruitment that, over time, has not yielded the results for your volunteer program that you aim for. This workshop will discuss recruitment strategies and best practices, ideas for posting roles and reaching out to potential volunteers and valuable insight into recruiting for youth, boomer/senior, family, newcomer and high-skilled audiences.
