Trailblazer Series: Resolving Conflict Like A Pro

Volunteer Toronto's Trailblazer Series is a set of leadership talks specifically for people who manage volunteer-run non-profit organizations and groups in Toronto. The talks provide an opportunity for local leaders to hear from peers and experts on how to overcome common challenges faced by organizations with no paid staff and limited resources.

Resolving Conflict Like A Pro
Conflict is inevitable when people come together to achieve a goal. This practical workshop facilitated by an experienced trainer from St. Stephen’s Community House will provide an array of tools and techniques to enhance your competence in negotiating and resolving conflicts. 

About the facilitator:
Jill Moriarty holds an MA in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University and a certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University. She has been with St. Stephen`s Community House since 2010.
