Volunteer Toronto's Trailblazer Series is a set of leadership talks specifically for people who manage volunteer-run non-profit organizations and groups in Toronto. The talks provide an opportunity for local leaders to hear from peers and experts on how to overcome common challenges faced by organizations with no paid staff and limited resources.

Great Leaders Ask The Right Questions
Great leaders stand up in front of their organizations and deliver results over and over again by continually asking the right questions. In this workshop we will examine some key questions that will help you to successfully lead your organization through change and growth.

The Facilitator:
Edward Johnson is a consultant with broad experience in leading teams and change in the finance and technology corporate sectors across Europe, North America and Asia. He has mentored many people in their careers and is committed to contributing his experiences in the not-for-profit sector by leading and as a Board member.
