Having the right skills to become a project leader in addition to being a project manager is critical to achieving project and organizational success.

A project leader should be able to lead, influence and inspire the project teams, communicate effectively, manage conflicts, demonstrate ethical behavior and help the organization by focusing on the organization's strategy and objectives.

Presenter: Constantin Tivig

Constantin is a Professional Engineer of Ontario (PEng) and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He is an instructor at the University of Toronto, teaching Project Management related courses for more than 5 years.
