Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund 2015

Nepalese Canadian Community Services (NCCS) is a not for profit provincial corporation incorporated in 2000. Since then NCCS has been engaged in various humanitarian works in the community.

The loss of life due to the catastrophic earthquake of M7.8 Richter scale that hit Nepal on April 25, 2015 has reached at least 8000 by May 13, 2015. UN says that more than 8 million people have been affected, over half a million houses have been damaged and more than 75000 injured people have been treated. The dire situation has been compounded by the fall of another devastating earthquake of M7.3 Richter scale on May 12, 2015. Till now 34 countries from international community have been involved in the relief operations.

NCCS has been launching donation campaign immediate aftermath of the occurrence of earthquake. Let’s work together to collect donations for the earthquake victims of Nepal as we know that “little drops of water make a mighty ocean”. Even your tiny generous contribution would be a huge assistance towards the relief efforts being conducted in Nepal. NCCS has partnered with PWRDF, a charity entity that will issue tax receipt and match every donation with dollar-for-dollar program of Canadian Government.  Please join us in this humanitarian work of financially assisting severally affected people of Nepal by going through the below link:
