One of the ways the PINs program builds the capacity of professional immigrant association is by developing leaders. We do this by:

  • Providing learning opportunities for leaders through workshops, e-learning, meetings and referrals 
  • Referring association leaders as speakers on immigrant employment at policy consultations, events and to the media
