Black Female Accountants Network (BFAN) members are Chartered Professional / Internationally trained accountants, experienced accounting professionals and university undergraduates of Afro Caribbean and Black African heritage from one or both of their parents.

They connect with each other and engage through online and physical meetings and networking events to uncover, identify and develop strategies to help each other in the areas of professional development, mentoring, personal branding and all other areas in relation to career development and professional advancement.

The Black Female Accountants Network (BFAN Network) is a network based on Christian values with a focus on its members empowering each other to make a difference within the profession, workplace and community.

We are different from an association in that we will operate in a less formal structure which will be a combination of online conversations, sharing content, 1 to 1 meetings, small group discussions and larger networking events.

BFAN Network will be of interest and benefit to finance and accounting professionals in general, including:

  • Internationally trained finance professionals
